Popcorn sales have been good this year due to the presale. During curriculum night, PTO sold many logo t-shirts and sweatshirts. Laurin book fair made approximately $1100 and has already purchased 130 new books. Treasurer’s report approved.
Upcoming Events/Ongoing Business:
MonsterMash – The chair person announced needing chairs for several games and events at the Monster Mash. Janet Shattuck volunteered. She needs 9 more adult volunteers.
Harvest Festival – Angela Tait needs to organize volunteers for this event. She needs chairs for food and helpers for the games.
Janet asked about receipts for these events and how budgets are made. The chairperson is given a budget and is responsible for letting the volunteers know how much they can spend on particular needs of an event.
WinterHawk ticket flyers will go home to parents at both schools in the next week or two. We are going to try to sell $200.
